Coming from a completely different field of botany to nursing was a huge achievement for me. After working as a nurse for 9 years, I realized that Nursing as a profession can offer a meaningful career, filled with many opportunities, challenges and rewards. I got the chance to improve the wellbeing of people from all phases of life.

I am very organized and possess a high level of critical thinking that I use on a day-to-day basis. I am very dedicated towards my life goals and to achieving them. I am a keen learner who’s always curious to learn new things. Throughout my nursing career, I have practiced and demonstrated delegation, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The leadership skill helped me by collaborating with different health care providers inside the operating room and increased my confidence level and helped me manage the bigger group. The leadership experience has given me a unique perspective on the nursing sector. My role has given me more confidence and improved my leadership skills. My nursing education has helped me improve my prioritization, time management, change management, strategic initiatives, and project management skills.
